David Wilton began Male Circumcision and HIV in 2006 as a personal project to address the issue of the linking of male circumcision and prevention of HIV. Since then, better minds have taken up this cause and exposed the absurdity and corruption behind the efforts to promote a cultural practice under the cloak of medical care. He’s proud that he was able to be a part of that early conversation.
